BRAIV Lab Hosts Brain Awareness Week Talk

BRAIV Lab Hosts Brain Awareness Week Talk

As part of Brain Awareness Week, Dr. Philip A. Adeniyi visited a local high school to deliver an engaging public lecture on brain aging, dementia, and the science behind keeping our brains healthy across the lifespan.

The session covered how scientists study the aging brain, what happens to blood vessels and white matter over time, and how young people can get involved in neuroscience research. Students participated in a lively Q&A about careers in science and the future of brain health research.

Outreach events like this are central to the BRAIV Lab mission of sharing our research with the broader community and inspiring the next generation of neuroscientists.
